From 2003, he graduated from the Department of Journalism at Istanbul University's Faculty of Communication and began his career as a Public Relations Specialist at Park Holding, a subsidiary of the Ciner Group. For two years, he managed the promotional and public relations activities, as well as the institutionalization efforts, for Havaş Airport and Ground Services Inc., Havaş Tourism, LaresPark Hotels, and Park Kemer Marina companies.
Starting as a Sales Specialist at Pegasus Airlines in 2005, he held the positions of Senior Sales Specialist and Assistant Manager until 2013. During this period, he was responsible for the company's corporate sales, group sales, and agreements, overseeing the establishment and development of the agency network in more than 50 countries and over 130 flight destinations, starting from 6 domestic destinations in 2005.
He led various projects to establish and strengthen Pegasus Airlines' image as Turkey's Digital Airline among agents and tour operators. These projects included the integration of the CRM system into the sales teams' processes in April 2011, the integration of the Group Sales module into the Pegasus Reservation System in November 2014, enhancing the sales of additional services through the agency channel in 2016, adapting the Tour Operators' Allocation Management System to Scheduled Flights in 2017, and the digital transformation of Physical Agency Channel Sales Screens in 2019, all of which he managed with his team. Since 2013, he has continued his role as Sales Manager.
