Burcu İzer was born in 1987 in İzmir. After graduating from Celal Bayar University with a degree in English Business Administration, she began her career with a Human Resources internship at Mövenpick Hotel İzmir. She specialized in human resources in the publishing, consulting, security, and energy sectors, and she continues to work as the Human Resources Manager at AS Group.
Professionally, she is interested in theatre and is also a proficient researcher and reader in the fields of psychology and philosophy.
