Yilmaz Yaman has over twenty years of professional experience in business development, e-commerce, marketing, and investment management. He has held various levels of responsibilities in the health, food, textile, retail, and media sectors, leading both national and international projects. Throughout his global work in nearly 30 countries, he has been present in Turkey, the UK, and Indonesia.
Starting his sales career in the Ülker Group, Yaman later transitioned into managerial roles in different groups. In late 2020, he moved to Tohum Holding. He conceptualized the personal health brand Vitago, the export company Tefex Global, Tohum Ventures for investment ecosystems, Tohum Academy for corporate internal training, and Tohum Energy for the energy sector. Yaman, currently continuing his career as the General Manager of Tohum Holding, is also growing the Vitago brand as its founding General Manager with his team.
After completing his undergraduate degree in business, he earned a master's degree in e-commerce from Istanbul University and a doctorate in business from Yıldız Technical University. He teaches in the fields of e-commerce and digital marketing at Istanbul Medipol University.
He continues his work with the motto "If you want your dream to come true, you must take action." Yaman resides in Istanbul with his wife and two daughters.
