Born in 1975, Selim Ardicdali graduated from Beşiktaş Atatürk Anatolian High School and Istanbul University, Faculty of Business Administration. Afterward, he spent a year at Düsseldorf Heinrich Heine University for German language education.
He started his professional career in 1999 within the Purchasing Department of the Beverage Category at Migros Turk A.S. Subsequently, for 6 years, he held the positions of Purchasing Chief and Purchasing Assistant Manager in the categories of Beverage-Oil-Pulses, Fruits-Vegetables, Meat, and Meat Products.
In 2005, he directed his career path as the Local Chain Customer Manager at PepsiCo Beverage and, two years later, was appointed as the National Chain Stores Customer Manager. For 5 years, he worked with all National Chain Customers, transitioning to the Trade Marketing Department. For a period of 4 years, he managed the Trade Marketing Directorate of Modern and On-Premise Channels, and following the consolidation of PepsiCo Chips-Beverages Companies, he became responsible for all brands in both main categories. Concurrently, in his role as Channel Marketing Manager, he took on the responsibility for the Joint Venture and the annual plans for the Lipton Ice Tea Brand under all Channels in coordination with the PLI Global team.
Joining the Bel Group in early 2016, Selim Ardicdali has been serving as the Turkey Sales Director responsible for all Channels where La Vache Qui Rit, Karper, Kiri, and Minibabybel products are sold. As of June 2022, he continues his career as the Country Manager.
