Ahmet Turgut was born on March 14, 1979, in Adana. After completing his education at Adana Anatolian High School and the Business Administration Department at Çukurova University, he joined the Nestlé Professional family in 2004 as sales manager. Following a year as sales manager at Nestlé Professional, he established vending operations throughout Turkey in the role of Channel Sales Development Manager.
After leading the sales organization as vending sales manager in 2007, he took on the role of Technical Operations Manager in 2010, overseeing investments in coffee machines and managing the service operations team. Following the establishment of the channel category sales development department at Nestlé Professional in 2013, he went on to manage marketing and technical operation teams as the Group Manager for the beverage business unit in 2016. Together with his colleagues, he developed numerous 'best practice' applications during the company's 15-year growth journey.
Ahmet Turgut continued his career as the Gourmet Sales Director at Barry Callebaut Turkey starting from September 2019, and in November 2021, he was appointed as the General Manager at Barry Callebaut Turkey.
Ahmet Turgut is married with two boys.
