Having completed his education at İzmir Bornova Anatolian High School, Uludag University in Finance, and later obtaining an MBA from Istanbul Bahcesehir University, Fatih Yilmaz started his career at Arçelik. Initially responsible for Domestic Sales, he later took on roles overseeing operations in various countries, particularly in the Balkan region. Currently, he holds the positions of Country Manager responsible for Cyprus exports and Head of Sales Istanbul-Trakya.
An advocate for gender equality and sustainability principles, Fatih Yilmaz also manages the "Beko 100 Women Dealers" project, which he initiated and has received numerous awards both domestically and internationally for empowering women.
Born in 1980, he is married with two children.
