He completed his undergraduate studies in Industrial Engineering at Istanbul Technical University and his Master's degree in Business Administration at Istanbul University. He then completed the International Professional Development Program (IPD) at the University of Nebraska in the United States. Most recently, he earned a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the Faculty of Business Administration, Marmara University.
During his studies, he began his professional career in the production department at Nezirler A.Ş. Shoe Manufacturing. He then worked as a Training Specialist and Management Consultant at Rota Management Development Services A.Ş., later advancing to Project Manager for eight years. Afterward, he held the position of Deputy General Manager responsible for Human Resources and Executive Board Member at the international pharmaceutical distribution company, Hedef Alliance Holding A.Ş. He continues his career as a Managing Partner at TEM Management Development Services and TEMAS Selection, Placement & Human Resources A.Ş., companies he founded.
In addition to participating in many training and development programs, recent programs he has attended since 2010 include Transactional Analysis (TA), Optimum Balance Model Modules I & II, Erickson College International Coaching Program, Mastery in Executive and Leadership Coaching, ORSC (Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching), and Point of You Coaching Tools. He holds the title of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and is an ICF Accredited Member Coach. He is also a certified trainer in Zig Ziglar Trainings, Silega Simulation Trainings, and The Center for Leadership Studies Situational Leadership.
At TEM Management Development Services A.Ş., he provides training in areas such as management, leadership, coaching, strategic planning, organizational culture, project management, human resources, change management, and team collaboration. He also performs executive coaching and consultancy on organizational structuring, human resource systems, project management, corporate development, culture development, change management, and assessment and development centers.
He has taught as a guest lecturer in courses like "Organizational Behavior" in the Management department at Bilgi University, "Applications at Human Resources Management" in the Organizational Behavior Master's program at Marmara University, and "Change Management" in the Master's program at Bahçeşehir University. He was a full-time lecturer at Beykent University from 2016 to 2019, teaching Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior in the Business Master's program.
He is a member of T.M.M.O.B., Istanbul Technical University Alumni Association, PERYÖN, ICF (International Coaching Federation), and a founding member of YANINDAYIZ, an association established for gender equality.
