Şirin Işık is a graduate of Marmara University with a degree in Business Informatics in German in 2006. She started her career at Robert Bosch GmbH in Stuttgart, Germany. She also pursued an International MBA at the European School of Business. In Turkey, Şirin Işık held marketing management positions at multinational companies such as Haribo, Nivea Beiersdorf and Mondelez. After serving as Marketing Director at Hero Turkey, responsible for domestic and international markets, she continued her career at Pladis-Ülker as Biscuits Category Marketing Director. Since June 2023, she has been serving as the General Manager of Humm Organic.
