Berti Bora, a graduate of Bogazici University Faculty of Administrative Sciences in Business in 1989, entered the security sector part-time during his university years at El Al Israel Airlines Istanbul Station in the security department.
In 1994, he took on the role of General Manager of the Turkish branch of ICTS Global Security B.V., a group company of ICTS International N.V., which is a leader in airline security based in the Netherlands. He worked for many years responsible for the Turkiye, Greece, and Spain offices. In 2010, when Securitas, a Swedish-origin security company with 355,000 employees in 48 countries worldwide, acquired ICTS Turkiye, he continued his career at Securitas. While serving as the General Manager of Securitas Consulting for 10 years, Berti Bora also serves as the Business Development Coordinator of Securitas Security Services, providing integrated solutions with information, human, and technology integration with approximately 20,000 employees in 73 provinces and a business volume of 1.2 billion TL in 2020.
Berti Bora is married with a child.
