Biography

Deniz Selen Kilicozgurler graduated from Dokuz Eylul University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 2000. She started her professional career in 2002 at Toprak Seramik ve İnşaat Malzemeleri A.Ş. In 2006, she joined Koçtaş Yapı Marketleri A.S., a Koc Group company, where she worked for approximately 13 years. During her tenure, she held various positions in Operations and Purchasing departments, serving as a Manager. She also led several important projects. In 2010, she completed the Master's program in Business at Maltepe University Institute of Social Sciences.

Deniz Selen Kilicozgurler served as Sales Manager at Carrefoursa, a Sabancı Group company, from 2018 to 2020. Between 2020 and 2022, she held the position of Purchasing Director at Qua Granite. Currently, as of May 11, 2022, she serves as the General Manager of Gezinomi, and she is also a Board Member of Bizzhouse Hotel Management and Tourism Enterprises Inc. & Bizzcar Fleet Leasing Services Inc.

Furthermore, Deniz Selen Kilicozgurler is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and holds the PCC (Professional Certified Coach) designation. She actively participates in coaching and mentoring programs for social responsibility projects and within organizations.
