Biography

Born in Burdur in 1982, Ali Sadak is a graduate of Industrial Engineering Department of Marmara University/Istanbul.

In 2006, he began his professional career as a Sales Supervisor at Danone Tikveşli. During his time there, he held positions such as field management, Local Chains Management, and National Chain Stores Customer Management. In September 2010, he started at GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Health, where he held roles such as Pharmacy Channel Key Customer Management and Regional Management.

In January 2012, Ali began his new role at 3M Turkey, where he took on responsibilities in sales for household and hardware products in National Chains, Local Chains, and Traditional Channels. In September 2014, he joined Evyap, where he served as Country Manager for Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan for 2.5 years, being based in Kazakhstan. In February 2017, he returned to Turkey and worked at Evyap, first as Customer Management responsible for Migros and Discount Markets, then as Category and Channels Management in the Commercial Marketing Department.

In July 2020, Ali Sadak joined Lila Group as the Modern Channel Group Manager.

Ali Sadak, who is married with 2 children, regularly practices kickboxing and follows football and basketball leagues. His interest in theatre began during his university years, and he continued to perform in various plays, including improvisational theatre, both during his university years and in his professional life. Among his future plans is to establish a studio for the personal development and change topics related to FMCG sales, aiming to transfer knowledge and experience to the new generation.
