Ahmet Çatal graduated from Selçuk University with a degree in Mathematics in 1994. He began his professional career as Sales Manager at Sodas Sodyum in 1997, and then worked as a Regional Manager at Colgate Palmolive from 2003 to 2005. In 2005, Ahmet Çatal joined Dabur Enterprise as Sales Manager, where he successfully served for 12 years.

In 2017, Ahmet Çatal joined Ülker Traditional Channel Sales Organization as Sales Director responsible for the Central Anatolia & Black Sea regions. As of 2020, he continued his role as Sales Director responsible for the Marmara & Western Black Sea regions. Due to his significant contributions to the organization, Ahmet Çatal has been serving as the General Manager responsible for Traditional Channel Sales as of May 2023.
