Aylin Alpay serves as the Executive Board Member in Charge of Marketing and Sales at TAV Operation Services.
She began her career in 2003 as a Management Trainee (MT) at Koç Group, where she held roles in sales, production, and product management in international markets at Arcelik for two years. In 2005, she joined Samsung, managing all product management and communication activities during the initial years of Samsung Electronics' operations in the Turkish market. During her tenure from 2005 to 2009, she implemented significant projects in the brand awareness process.
With her experience in the retail sector and leadership in non-food categories, she joined Metro Cash & Carry in 2009. After working there for four years, she moved to Sony in 2012 and worked until 2017. At Sony, she contributed significantly to increasing the brand's market share in product groups globally, particularly in imaging technology.
From 2017 to 2019, at Whirlpool, she further strengthened her sectoral experience by taking on local and global responsibilities in marketing, sales, and customer experience. As one of the youngest top-level executives involved in the company's "Women Leaders" program, she played a key role.
Bringing her diverse sectoral experience, she continued her career in Vodafone's corporate business unit as the SOHO&SME customer segment manager and then as the Marketing Director at Signify, a leading company in the lighting market.
In 2020, Aylin Alpay joined TAV Holding, leading the development and implementation of the company's digitization strategy across its activities in 19 different countries. She also oversees customer-focused brand communication, product service management, and the management of financial solution processes.
Aylin Alpay completed her undergraduate education at Marmara University's Department of English Business. She has also participated in various training programs in Digital Marketing at Harvard Business School and Northwestern Kellogg School.
