Evren Diker began his professional career in 1999 as a Field Sales Engineer at Hilti Turkey and later joined Shell Turkey in 2001. Following five years of field sales experience as the Commercial Fleet Field Sales Responsible at Shell & Turcas Petrol A.Ş., a joint venture established by Shell with Turcas Petrol in 2006, he was appointed as the Commercial Fleet Sales Team Leader in the same company. In 2010, Diker became the Sales Support Operations Manager responsible for six countries, managing sales support operations for Mediterranean and Eastern European countries.
In 2014, he was appointed as the Commercial Fuels Director and actively participated in the Shell & Turcas Retail Management Team. Starting from April 2019, Diker continued his career as the Sales and Operations Director for Shell's EMEA region, overseeing sales operations across 30 licensed countries. As of November 2021, while continuing his role as the Director of Retail Sales Company Operations and Non-Fuel Revenues at Shell & Turcas, Evren Diker is set to continue as the Deputy General Manager of Retail Sales starting from November 1, 2022.
Born in Istanbul, Evren Diker graduated from Yildiz Technical University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He completed his Master's program in English Business Administration at Yeditepe University in 2004.
Evren Diker has a nine-year-old son.
