Işık Tazeler is working as the Chief Growth Officer at Trenkwalder Türkiye. She is responsible for growth, sales, marketing, and business development for CRM BPO services. Trenkwalder is a subsidiary of the German Droege Group and has been providing international outsourcing services in Business and Human Resources processes for more than 30 years. She graduated from Public Relations and Digital Transformation Leadership certified from Sorbonne University.
Işık has been a part of the professional business since 1998, started her career as a Sales and Marketing Analyst at Electrolux, and later took on the role of BPO Project Manager at Turkcell Global Bilgi and Deutsche Telekom Germany. She held senior positions in Business Development, Operations, Sales and Marketing functions at Koç System, Vodafone, Final Varlık Yönetimi and Tempo BPO, leading operations, growth, digital transformation, and marketing strategies.
She has received many awards from global organizations such as "Best Business Partner Management Program Leader", "Most Successful Business Management Leader", "Best Customer Experience Leader" throughout her career journey, is actively involved in mentoring initiatives to empower women, young professionals in the professional business. She also takes an active role in sectoral associations.
