Demet Tekin Sari, after graduating from the Faculty of Architecture at Middle East Technical University, completed her MBA in Business Administration at the same university. In 2018, she completed the "Executive On Board" Program at Boğaziçi University, aiming to enhance effectiveness in board management.
She began her professional career at Nokia as the Project Audit Coordinator for Turkiye and the Middle East region. Later, she transitioned to the telecommunications sector, holding positions such as Corporate Customer Experience Unit Manager at Turkcell and managing various roles at Tellcom, a Turkcell group company, where she implemented Customer Services and Channel Sales structures. Before joining the sahibinden.com team, she worked at Pronet Güvenlik A.Ş. as the Regional Sales and Channel Development Manager, where she was responsible for creating and expanding sales channels in different regions.
In 2015, she joined sahibinden.com as the Deputy General Manager in charge of Sales, and as of 2022, she has also taken on the role of Deputy General Manager responsible for Customer Experience.
Sari, who enjoys traveling, photography, and swimming, also participated in sahibinden.com's women's sailing team in the National Sailing Cup for Mermaids organized for the benefit of ACEV (a charity in Turkiye for the health of mums and their babies) in 2017.
