Born in Istanbul in 1975, Sadem Pehlivan completed his high school education at Anakent College and then obtained his undergraduate degree from Istanbul University Faculty of Business Administration. After starting his career as a Sales Representative at Mustafa Nevzat Pharmaceuticals, he joined Yıldız Holding in 2003, where he held various positions such as Sales Representative, Sales Manager, Category Sales Manager, and Sales Group Manager.
Between 2015 and 2019, Pehlivan served as the Sales Director at pladis Turkey. Later, within Yıldız Holding, he took on the role of Trade Director at E-Star Global. As of January 2021, he continues his career as the General Manager of E-Star Global.
Between 1989 and 2002, Sadem Pehlivan had a professional basketball career playing for teams such as Pasabahce, Darüşşafaka, Taç Spor, Istanbul Spor, Emlak Bankası, and Beykoz Spor. He is still actively playing in the Corporate Basketball League (CBL). Sadem Pehlivan is married with two children.
