Combining the 20 years of experience of KidZania, the world's first children's country where children learn through play, with her 26 years of professional life, Ebru Timur has been serving as the General Manager of KidZania Istanbul since 2016. Starting her education at Istanbul University, Timur graduated from Anadolu University Faculty of Business Administration. She completed the MBA Certificate Program at Bournemouth Business School in 2000, the Management and Business Administration program at the New York State University in 2009, and the Executive MBA program at Sheffield University in 2012.
Beginning her professional career in 1993 as a Public Relations and Promotion Specialist at Halk Sigorta, Timur held various roles at Dogan Burda Magazine Group between 1996 and 2007, including Public Relations and Promotion Manager, Youth Magazines Brand Manager, and Tempo Magazine Brand Manager. From 2007 to 2016, she joined Ulker Group and served as Corporate Projects Manager and Director of Sabri Ülker Food Research Foundation.
