Born in 1977, Demet Yarkin completed her undergraduate studies in Industrial Engineering at Yildiz Technical University in 1999, followed by an MBA program at Yeditepe University in 2002. In 2012, she participated in Sabanci Edu Executive Leadership and Harvard Data Visualization programs.
Her professional journey began part-time at Beko Elektronik in 1997, and she continued her career successively at Telsim, Avivasa, Turkcell, Superonline, Vodafone, and Pegasus. In 2020, she assumed the role of Deputy General Manager of Experience at Partner Republic, and in 2021, she became the General Manager. As of 2022, she continues to serve as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Yarkin has provided leadership in transformation programs for corporate firms in the areas of technology, business development, and data-driven customer experience design, holding senior management positions. Currently, within Partner Republic, she is involved in implementing customer analytics, personalized experience design and transformation programs in the banking, retail, and manufacturing sectors.
Demet Yarkin is the mother of a daughter.
