He was born in 1978 in Karşıyaka, İzmir. He completed his education at Kadıköy Anadolu High School and graduated from the Mechanical Engineering Department of Yıldız Technical University.
After 14 years of experience in various marketing and sales management positions at leading energy, automotive, and beverage companies such as Shell, Iveco, and Coca-Cola, he joined L'Oréal Consumer Products Division in 2015. He held roles such as Channel Manager, Channel Development Manager, Sales Development Group Manager, Traditional Channel Sales Operation, and Go-to-Market Group Manager before continuing his career as Business Development Director responsible for Category Development, Shopper Marketing, Revenue Growth Management, Field Go-to-Market Strategy, and Training functions as of July 2021. Throughout his time at L'Oréal, he led multifunctional commercial excellence, organizational transformation, and efficiency projects, playing a pioneering role with his team in developing practices that have been cited as examples in various countries during the company's O+O transformation and digitization journey. He has been assigned to General Manager of Professional Products.
