Burcu Caliskan Akdag graduated from Bilkent University's Business Administration department in 2007. Following her undergraduate studies, she joined Borusan Cat company as a marketing specialist. Throughout her career, she has held significant positions such as CRM and Marketing Communications Manager and Turkey Marketing Communications Leader. Concurrently, she pursued an MBA in Strategic Marketing and Brand Management at Bahçeşehir University. In her efforts to contribute to education, she obtained a certificate from the Online Digital Marketing program jointly organized by IAB and Boğaziçi University, and she also participated in Bahçeşehir University's Metaverse certification program. She currently serves as the Global Digital Marketing and E-commerce Leader at Borusan Cat.
In addition to being married and a mother of twins, she also works as a sleep coach to assist new mothers.
