Deniz Dikkaya, who graduated from Dokuz Eylul University Tourism and Hotel Management department in 1998, currently serves as the Sales Director at Divan Group Hotels.
Throughout his career, he has held various managerial positions in many hotels, primarily in Izmir and Istanbul. Additionally, he has been involved in various tourism non-governmental organizations, including being a Founding Member of Özbi - Private Certified Hotels Association, Committee Chairman at TÜRSAB (Association of Turkish Travel Agencies), and General Secretary at OTSAD (Middle East Tourism and Hoteliers Association).
In recognition of his contributions and activities, he received the "Tourism Lifetime Achievement and Honor Award" in 2020, making him a respected figure in the tourism industry. Deniz Dikkaya, aiming to contribute to the promotion and development of the sector, has also prepared and hosted a sector program called "Maksat Turizm" on a special TV channel, winning the "Tourism Program of the Year" award. Currently, he prepares and hosts a tourism-oriented program called "Turizm Kafası" on Kafa Radyo.
Married and a father of one, Dikkaya speaks English and French at an advanced level.
