Biography

Sibel Batur Ugdul began her professional career in 2001 at Akbank, in the Brand Partnerships Department. From 2004 to 2011, she continued her career at Garanti Payment Systems Inc. in the Marketing and Brand Partnerships Department. In 2011, she started working as the Market Development and CRM Manager at Boyner Department Stores Inc. Between 2014 and 2015, she initiated detailed work to improve all online and offline processes of the brand as the Deputy General Manager responsible for Customer Relations at the same institution. Alongside this role, she was involved in the establishment of HOPİ, a mobile loyalty and payment system, which was a significant initiative of the group, and played an active role in shaping its business model. From 2016 to 2017, she served as Deputy General Manager responsible for Customer Relations at Doğuş Retail Group, which encompasses brands such as Under Armour, Crate&Barrel, Kiko, Gucci, Loro Piana, and Armani. In 2017, she transitioned to Zubizu, a new initiative of the same group, as Deputy General Manager responsible for Customer and Product.

In 2019, Ugdul became the Business Unit Director at İntema Living, and since January 1, 2021, she has been serving as the General Manager of İntema. With over 20 years of experience in areas such as banking, retail, marketing, CRM, digital transformation, business development, and customer management, Sibel Batur Üğdül is married and the mother of twins.
