Marmara University graduate, Nazli completed her undergraduate studies in Political Science and International Relations, followed by a Master's degree in Brand and Production Management.
With over 14 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Nazli has taken on leadership roles in various levels within marketing and sales functions.
Her professional journey began in 2007 at Abdi İbrahim Pharmaceuticals, where she worked for ten years, primarily in product management and various marketing positions.
From 2017, Nazli served in managerial positions in marketing and sales for approximately three years at Danone Nutricia Medical Nutrition.
Since January 2020, she has been serving as the Sales Director at Daiichi Sankyo Pharmaceuticals. In November 2022, she assumed the role of General Manager for Daiichi Sankyo Turkiye.
Embracing the management of Next-Generation Sales, Nazli utilises technology with her teams and finds joy in an experimental work environment that values the power of learning.
She believes that women can achieve significant success in sales leadership and aims to set an example for young women to take on responsibilities in sales. Nazli is married and a mother to a son named Can.
