Yigit Ozalpay was born in Istanbul. He completed his primary, secondary, and high school education at Antalya College. After receiving an associate degree in Tourism and Hotel Management at Doğuş University, he completed his bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hotel Management at Okan University, graduating as the top student. He then went on to complete his master's degree in Sales and Marketing Management at the same university with honors.
Ozalpay started his professional career as a Sales Coordinator at The Ritz-Carlton Istanbul. He subsequently held various positions, including Corporate Sales Coordinator at Hilton, Sales Manager at Jumeirah, Sales Supervisor and Assistant Sales Manager responsible for Renaissance Istanbul Polat and Renaissance Istanbul Bosphorus Hotels within the Marriott International group, Assistant Sales Manager responsible for Residences and Hotels at the CVK group, Global Sales and Marketing Assistant Manager at Rixos Hotels under the Accor group, and Sales and Marketing Manager for luxury brands of Hilton and Accor groups. He also served as the Business Development and Organization Manager responsible for brands such as Tadelle, Sarelle, Sagra, Pernigotti, Zumosol, Hotel Caeli, and Caeli Winery at Sagra Group.
Yigit Ozalpay currently serves as the Business Development and Organization Manager on the Board of Directors at Pasentis company group.
