Erdil Dicer was born in İzmir on May 25, 1981. He completed his undergraduate education in Civil Engineering at Karadeniz Technical University. Subsequently, he pursued a master's degree in Business Management at the same university.
In 2006, he commenced his career as a sales representative in the construction materials sector. Between 2006 and 2017, he held various positions in the Sales and Marketing departments at Knauf Turkiye.
Since September 2017, he has been serving as the Sales and Marketing Director for Turkey at Baumit, the largest company under the umbrella of Schmid Industrie Holding, one of Europe's leading construction materials manufacturers based in Austria.
